Post-Secondary Education

This program provides financial aid for students attending accredited college or vocational educational institutions.  The student must be attending school at least half-time and may apply for aid each year up to six years.  Aid is in the form of a grant, loan or a combination of the two.  For loans, there must be a cosigner, no interest is charged during the time the student is in school or during the nine month grace period following graduation and after the grace period, an interest rate is applied that is the lower of the prime rate or the currently available competitor rate, with a minimum of 3%.
