It normally takes 6–8 weeks after the submission deadline for us to notify you with our award decision. In the meantime, you can view the status of your application in the “System Information” section near the bottom of your online application.

Here is a list of statuses and what they mean:

In Process: You are filling out the application, uploading required documents, and making sure that your references fill out the online forms. When you’re done editing and adding, you can submit your application for administrative review.

Admin Review: You have submitted your completed application, documents, and references, for review by the submission deadline. Your application is now read-only and you must wait until it is accepted as complete.

In Repair: ABF staff has reviewed your application and requested additional information or documents. You must edit, add, and resubmit as directed by ABF staff.

PM Review: The North American Programs Manager (PM) is reviewing your application.

RVP Review: An ABF Regional Vice-President will contact you about scheduling an interview. The RVP’s comments are reviewed by ABF staff before the award decision is made. You must talk with the RVP and answer questions about your application.

PM Recommendation: The Program Manager has made a recommendation to the CEO.

CEO Review: Our CEO is reviewing all of the applications that have been recommended by the Program Manager.
