Several times a year The Albert Baker Fund is bringing you conversations with valued members of our community. In each session, guests share impactful events from their own education and careers, and how they are in turn making a positive impact in the world. Through Net Effect conversations our guests offer insights that you can apply to your career right now. Scroll down to learn about our February 25 guests, Peter Fletcher, a residential real estate broker in the San Francisco Bay Area, and Greg McLane a commercial real estate developer in Dallas, Texas.

Events are broadcast live on scheduled Fridays at 3 p.m. PT, through Zoom, and available for replay in our Net Effect archive after that. Once you register you will receive notification of upcoming Net Effect dates.

We are excited to bring these conversations straight to you, to keep you inspired and driven. Since launching the Net Effect in April 2020, we’ve sat down with artists, activists, educators, philanthropists, entrepreneurs, executives, coaches, authors, and more.

We also offer direct access to our guests through the ABF Career Alliance, giving you the ability to connect one-to-one with career mentors who can help you with the next step in your career.

Net Effect returns this Friday, February 25 at 3 pm Pacific Time!

Join as we speak with two real estate professionals from major market areas and ask them how real estate grounds them in their communities.

About our Guests
Peter Fletcher
of Alameda, California, has more than 30 years experience selling residential and investment properties, and is an expert negotiator in the multiple-offer settings typical of the San Francisco Bay Area real estate market. He is a trained mediator and is currently enrolled in a master’s program in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Peace-Building. Peter graduated from Principia College with a bachelor’s degree in History. In his free time he loves being a “rock ‘n roll” DJ for parties, events, and class reunions.

Peter will be joined by Greg McLane of Dallas, Texas, a commercial real estate broker with a focus on developing and overseeing large, urban, mixed-use projects in Dallas, San Antonio, Tulsa, and Kansas City. Greg has impressive knowledge of all aspects of corporate real estate functions–from leasing office space, to appraising property, and selling surplus industrial facilities. Greg has n MBA in real estate from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Principia College. He is currently chair of the Board of Trustees for Chestnut Hill Benevolent Association.
