Donor Privacy Policy

The Albert Baker Fund (ABF) is committed to donor privacy. This policy explains the manner in which ABF collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from individuals and organizations that have supported ABF.

ABF does not sell, rent, share or otherwise provide personal information collected to anyone outside the organization unless otherwise requested by you, the donor. For example, your personal information may be used to respond to your requests or to process your donations.

ABF requests that donors provide information in order to complete donation transactions, periodically recognize donors, provide charitable gift tax information, and to communicate with donors through print and electronic mail. This information is collected voluntarily and is retained for ABF’s financial records and tax purposes.

ABF has contracted the services of Classy to process credit card donations. ABF does not record or store your credit card information when donations are submitted online.

ABF does not disclose donor information outside of the organization, unless given permission by the donor. We take care to ensure that all personal identifying information of anonymous donors is kept private.
